*Items are shipped within 4 to 5 business days, not including weekends.
*Orders must be paid via pay-pal or google check out. If there is an item on backorder, you will receive an email, regarding which items are on backorder.
*Shipping is via USPS
*If you would like your item shipped in a different manner, let me know, we will send you an invoice via pay-pal for the shipping cost.
*An email must be sent to me if you have a problem with the order. Any returned items must be unused and in its original condition that it was sent to you.
*Refunds will only be made once we receive the item, and it has been inspected. We have a 15% restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded.
*You are responsible for the shipping to and from.
*Of course if I made an error with your order, I will be very happy to correct it immediately.
*Special offer for Free Ground Shipping is for U.S. Residents only, purchase must be $50.00 or more, it does not include taxes. Shipping will calculate on your order but it will be credited back to those who qualify for the $50.00 or more, not including tax and are U.S. Residents (Domestic ground shipping only)
